I took a pair of lined, linen slacks in to be cleaned. I've had them cleaned there before with no problem. Without looking at them closely, I packed them for my trip to Seattle. When I put them on I was surprised to see that the cleaner shrunk the linen & the lining was now longer! I had no choice but to wear them as they were. So, I take them back to the cleaner to lodge a complaint. The counter woman sent them to the manager with a note. The next day the counter woman calls me to say the manager told her that they "would never return them in that condition". Well, here's a news flash--YES YOU DID! In effect, calling me a liar! I'm furious about that. I am NOT a liar & this cleaner DID ruin my slacks. Shame on that manager. So, please beware of taking anything you don't want to be ruined to that cleaner.
