Anyone else notice a significant increase in water pressure since yesterday? I have never seen a change in the 9 months here. Live in Buttonwood.

70psi here in St James
I don't have a water pressure gauge, but yesterday I bought one of those self collapsing flexible hoses, and within 5 minutes it exploded! (Village of Lake Deaton)

Our water pressure maintains at 67.000875436psi
Have you also notice that warm water is found on both the hot water and cold water sides. that's my way of saying that cold water seems not to be cold in Florida as it was up north.

Yes, with the heat wave, the water is initially cool, and then gets warmer the longer you run it.
