Does anyone have any recommendations on Home Warranty programs that cover all appliances, heating and cooling and plumbing issues. I have been looking at Choice Home Warranty and wanted to know if there were any negatives to this company vs American Home Shield. Thanks

We have AHS and they have been right with our needs...AC, ice maker, dishwasher!

If your appliances are new you might want to check out Broward - 2 of our neighbors use them.

We have used Broward Factory Service for many years. Many of our friends also use them.
We have definitely got our monies worth. Great service.
