Comcast freezing up

Any one else having problems with Comcast internet just stopping? Can be in the middle of composing email and just freezes up and cannot refresh.....have to close down....frustrating...would hate to have to call customer service....lol....

No problems with Comcast at our place. Been online several times today.

More info needed...age of modem...wifi router?...age of computer or tablet...all of these can directly effect how your system is working. If you don't know what I am talking about then the issue is likely not Comcast, but your equipment.
