This isn't even a nice try. Diplomacy between these two nations heats up and now Russia walks back its early story. Really You hate Trump that much that you would allow yourself to be taken

There is a real story (movie) about a space capsule (Hermes) launched by the British in 1959 wherein the Russians planned and successful duped the pilot of this craft which was having problems to follow their instruction which brought the craft into Russian territory for capture .

The Russians indeed are interfering everything American and as respects the liberals they have gotten in their heads that Trump conspired.
If they had the ability in 1959 to talk down a pilot in order to capture a British space capsule imagine with today's technology what they are able to do.
