Walgreens problems?

My wife and I have the same insurance coverage and must use Walgreens to fill our prescriptions.2 months ago she had to pay co- pays while I did not. I asked the pharmacist what had changed. The response "a glitch" in the system. To be brief, after A call to our insurer who called the Walgreens store, the "glitch" was resolved. This was 2 months after they were confronted with the issue.
I've heard that Walgreens is having issues with overcharging customers. I'm not sure that was related. Anyone else having a problem with billing on prescriptions from Walgreens?
