He is just not very smart. :ohdear:
He has no concept of our Constitution and the definition of the term... 'Separation of Powers.'
Separation of Power | We the People | Constitution USA | PBS (http://www.pbs.org/tpt/constitution-usa-peter-sagal/we-the-people/separation-of-powers/)
The framers of the Constitution feared too much centralized power, adopting the philosophy of divide and conquer.
Within the separation of powers, each of the three branches of government has “checks and balances” over the other two.
He actually believes that the United States is nothing more than a family business that he is the CEO of, with unlimited power and the final word on everything...and is constantly enraged that he can't just act like a Putin.
Which of course...also explains his hero worship of old Vladimir.
Nixon gave us a glimpse of the brilliance of the FF's in ensuring that there isn't too much power in the presidency, but Trump is the one who has shown decent people just how smart the Founding Father's were on this part...and at least gives us true Americans a chance for a long and grateful sigh. :ho:

You do have one point though. Trump is not a Constitutional scholar like our previous poser-in-chief, aka leader from behind. Although, our Consitutional scholar had more kick backs from the Supreme Court than any other president. Hmmm, guess Trump not being as smart is not such a deficit.

You would never accuse the United States Supreme Court of paying kick backs without some sort of support for that accusation.
You would never accuse an ex President of the United States of accepting kick backs from the Supreme court with no justification, although the current President has accused an ex president of worse with no justification, etc.

Obama was NOT a tenured "professor" and was merely a part-time hack. Evidence of his inept and incomplete knowledge of the subject is obvious to anyone. Being a lecturer is not the same as being a "professor." Just as an entertainer on American Idol is not a "judge."
Since I do not have a doctorate, I can not argue whether or not the President is a "megalomaniac." However, I see no difference in his bearing as compared to previous presidents, other than the fact that he does not need this job, does not take a salary, and is old enough to retire. If serving this country makes one a "megalomaniac" I guess there are a lot of those around, protecting folks like yourself.

A bump dedicated to the one that is frothing at the mouth. No doubt burning up the Google in an attempt to dispute the above.

Here is the statement of the University of Chicago: The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as "Senior Lecturer." From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers have high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined. Was Senior Lecturer another "honorary" title that was given to Obama, not earned??
Sounds a lot like "custodial engineer" or "executive assistant"...

“I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I actually respect the Constitution.” Barrack Hussein Obama.
The truth is Obama was not a Constitutional law professor: “under no circumstances would an offer to Obama be tenured.” “The thought that the law school could have made a tenure offer to a person with no academic writing was out of the question.” Former University of Chicago Law School Dean Richard Epstein. You've meandered from alleging that Obama was not a law professor, to maybe he was a law professor, to he wasn't a good law professor. You might want to look up the term Dunning Kruger syndrome.

I guess what you are implying is that Obama deliberately attempted to fool America by making UN-Constitutional E.O's that were then caught by the Supreme Court and deemed an abuse of his power.

:ho:
I agree. He is clearly not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree. And add in a little mental instability to the mix, and you have a president who is unable to do his job. His job approval ratings are the worst in history, and even longtime Republicans are saying they wish they hadn't voted for him.

Fantastic, so now what are those folks saying about the loser, Hillary? Who? Hillary who? No one admits to voting for her now.
Job approval ratings? I bet he doesn't care. They said he wouldn't win too, and he proved them wrong. You all say Bush was so bad, and yet he had approval ratings in the 90's for a while. Obama never achieved even close to that level and you think he is great. Figure that one out.

Limbaugh listener? Fox watcher? Got facts? The Supreme Court sided with the Obama administration in three of four issues. On the fourth and probably the least consequential section, the Court sided with Arizona. This case hardly represents a rebuke to the Obama administration, and Obama’s power as President was never in issue.

Give it up pal. Trump is in the whitehouse, not running a campaign, and at some point he will have to take responsibility for his actions. And people will have to take responsibility for voting his dumb a$$ in. Many people already are saying they wish they hadn't voted for him. Republicans like McCain that command a lot of respect, are saying how bad he is. You don't need a poll to see how things are going. But trumps low approval ratings have set a record, the lowest ever for a sitting president. His lack of leadership in the Charlottesville crisis, and his pardon of that racist sheriff Arpaio sure didn't help things. I wouldn't be surprised to see him drop even lower, into the 20s.

President Trump's actual problem is that he is a true Washington outsider who actually wants to change the way things are done in Washington.
None of the professional politicians in the government want this. The Republicans, have a much bigger problem than the Democrats, however. He is a Republican so the people in his party have to try to defeat him while appearing to be on his side.
The president's problem is that he's fighting about 80% of the 535 people in congress. About half of those pretend to be on his side.

DT is going to change the way Washington works. Sure he will. Only a narcissist would think he could change something on the scale of that. Washington will break DT. Anyone that thinks otherwise is simply naive.
