Have you ever been in a position to be in the middle of a corporate transition, be it be management or perhaps the merging of two/three companies?

If you had and I have you recognize the symptoms and this is the human experience at work.

Of course the left will either
(1) continue with their false narrative never mentioning this sort of thing is par for the course

(2) or they are so triggered by all the activity OMG the sky is falling the sky is falling is usually the reaction and they run for safe spaces

Personal Best Regards:

Pardoning a racist who helped you get elected is not par for the course. It is a slap in the face for the rule of law and just shows what a swamp Trump's reign is.

Sounds to me that Gen. Kelly is doing the job that he was hired to do.

Thanks to the president for reversing the horrible decision to incarcerate a patriot like Joe Arpaio. If ever there was a political conviction that was it.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using TapatalkI stand corrected. That's right his sister gave him a job as a gofer but fired him, and that Michelle date ended very badly as I recall.

A tweet from President Trump in July, 2012. Staying true..

"Congratulations to @RealSheriffJoe on his successful Cold Case Posse investigation which claims @BarackObama's 'birth certificate' is fake"

And this tweet from John Boehner's former adviser on immigration..Becky Tallent
..

"To be clear, Arpaio was convicted of a fraction of crimes he actually committed. His abuse of power was astounding & this pardon is absurd."

"Gorka was nominally a counterterrorism adviser to the president — known for his focus on Islamist terrorism — but he had been reportedly unable to obtain a security clearance and was most visible recently in TV news appearances known for their confrontational style."

Keep on digging. :024::wave:

Seems like the President is the one digging a hole....

"The president asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions whether it would be possible for the government to drop the criminal case against Arpaio, but was advised that would be inappropriate, according to three people with knowledge of the conversation.

After talking with Sessions, Trump decided to let the case go to trial, and if Arpaio was convicted, he could grant clemency."

Trump asked Sessions about closing case against Arpaio, an ally since ‘birtherism’ - The Washington Post (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-asked-sessions-about-closing-case-against-arpaio-an-ally-since-birtherism/2017/08/26/15e5d7b2-8a7f-11e7-a94f-3139abce39f5_story.html?utm_term=.0d4b13092545)

"Taxpayers spent $1,102,528.50 this year to settle another of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's lawsuits, New Times has learned through a public records request. The suit was brought by a man whom Arpaio framed in 1999 in a staged murder plot against the sheriff.

The payout, nine years after the wrongful arrest, is an indicaton that the aging lawman's publicity-driven, unsavory antics may keep costing taxpayers big money well into the future. The county is already struggling with a huge budget deficit, and the excessive costs of Arpaio's operation isn't helping matters."

A "racist?" He was not convicted of being a racist. There is no law regarding it being unlawful for one to be racist or a bigot.

He was doing his job by arresting criminals and Obama's biased (racist) AG had him charged with contempt of court. A misdemeanor that carried six months in jail, Max.

Where were you when Obama commuted the traitor Manning's sentence?

Where were you when Obama commuted the traitor Manning's sentence? To Donald Trump, former sheriff Joe Arpaio is a "patriot" deserving of a pardon while transgender Americans who courageously risk their lives in the military to defend our nation are a "burden" and should be banned from our armed services. Both of these decisions share one thing: Trump is legitimizing discrimination against minorities. Trump loves to demonize minorities, be they Muslims, the disabled, Mexicans, etc. This ban by Trump proves that his presidency will be about his emboldening of intolerance, discrimination and hate.

"Like Trump, Arpaio regards reporters, activists, and critics of his policies as personal enemies as well as enemies of the people. The Justice Department investigation found that his department had “engaged in a pattern or practice of retaliating against individuals for exercising their First Amendment right to free speech.” It had “arrested individuals without cause, filed meritless complaints against the political adversaries of Sheriff Arpaio, and initiated unfounded civil lawsuits and investigations against individuals critical of MCSO policies and practices.” As Finnegan wrote, when the Phoenix New Times ran an investigation of Arpaio’s real-estate dealings that included his home address, the paper received a “broad subpoena, demanding, among other things, the Internet records of all visitors to its Web site in the previous two and a half years.” Sheriff’s deputies then “staged late-night raids on the homes of Michael Lacey and James Larkin, executives of Village Voice Media, which owns the New Times. The deputies arrested both men for, they said, violating grand-jury secrecy. (The county attorney declined to prosecute, and it turned out that the subpoenas were issued unlawfully.)” Local activists who applauded when someone made critical remarks about Arpaio at a Board of Supervisors meeting were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Arpaio had a private investigator follow the wife of a judge who had ruled against him. And so on."

Interesting choice of words, even if obviously flawed. Trump is the FIRST president elected that was PRO GAY MARRIAGE. As for the transgender issue, it is not about discrimination, but about readiness and the cost of that readiness. There are all kinds of discriminating factors involved in disqualification from military service. Trump is listening to his Generals that do not wish to deal with this issue and have good convincing arguments.

NO, Trump is NOT listening to his generals.....nor even considering our transgender soldiers' abilities, or service.

Not even related. Sorry, but your opinion is just that. I"ve heard the generals speak about the cost and the effect on readiness. Being PC for the sake of being PC doesn't cut it when it comes to gov waste and military readiness.

You'll never find that...they're careful about not being heard when they complain about the decline in the military since it was opened up to women too.

Young aggressive men is what the military wants/needs...not women and wanna be women.
