Just moved to the villages a month ago. I went to the nail salon at Wal-Mart. I did ask if they offered SNS products and they said they did. My mistake I guess was not asking if they knew how to use these products! They put me under the nail dryer to speed up the drying process. What I didn't know at the time and apparently they did not know either - you are never supposed to use a nail dryer with SNS. My nails turned out horrible - very mottled and ugly. I did not complain as maybe I should have. I just wanted to get away from them.

I am looking for a quality, experienced nail salon tech in The Villages. All recommendations are appreciated.

I like Walmart for many things.. But I go to Signature Nails, near Cals, in Lake Sumter Landing and I ask for Kelly. I think it is a well run place and pedicures only cost $25. VERY CLEAN. Nice family.

Definitely Tim at Lunar Nails, Pinellas Plaza. I have been going to him for 3 years and have never been unhappy. He does a great job and is very fast, he's also a lot of fun.
