The real money and biggest increases is in unearned income like the stock market. Money makes money not work. Share holder value has rocketed by moving manufacturing out of country eliminating earned income here but maximizing shareholder holder value. Look at what is going on with market now during worst natural disaster this country has ever seen. Salivating over a tax cut that will produce very few good paying jobs and deficiet spending but give a big boost to unearned income. We will be seeing a very hard landing, I believe sooner then later. IMHO.

Chicago is a series of neighborhoods with most of them originating through immigration. They endured the hardships of settlers and contributed their slice of culture to "the City of the Broad Shoulders".
