I have never seen a Bridgeport designer home as built like this one in Fenney. Look at the redesigned kitchen area and new pantry. They are trying different arrangements in the new builds down south. And many are priced under $200,000. These changes are interesting.

We went to Fenney a few weeks ago. I noticed many of the homes do not have multiple dining areas.
We have a Gardenia and do not use the nook as an eating area. We installed 12" pantry cabinets instead.

We toured this house before it was ready, because of the 4 car garage. Loved the house, but the lanai is what held us back. The grey floor tile is also interesting

Yes, I have been noticing this as well. For example, there have been some 3 bathroom Begonia's for sale versus 2. Curious as to how they configured that as the floor plan doesn't show it. Loving some of the upgraded exterior finishes as well.

Love this new look! I also like the Aspen & Indigo. Too many dining areas in most of the floor designs. It is a waste of valuable space.

We were touring some Premier models in the Pine Ridge area yesterday and the realtor mentioned they were selling the furniture with the homes because they aren't building Premier models in Fenney. Instead they are upgrading some of the bigger designer homes with higher ceilings or a third bathroom.

Two things. It is common to sell furniture with the house in decorated homes and the other, any statement such as they aren't building....such or so should always be followed by the qualifier........yet.
No one but the shadow knows what "their" plans are. It is great fun to watch and see for me.
I think a lot of pricing being somewhat lower for Fenney may have been due to making it as appealing as possible since at the beginning there was no physical connection to the rest of The Villages. Now of course that will happen.

Oh. I said that.:blahblahblah:
