Have any houses here ever flooded?

Unfortunately, I am in a lower elevation area. Has anyone ever heard of any houses in The Villages being flooded?

IIRC, a couple of years ago, there were some houses that were at least threatened. They were positioned in a swale south of the Havana CC. I believe that the trouble was with a storm drain that was clogged with debris.
