Do you have a friend in the path of IRMA that won't evacuate?

I do. In Ft Myers. In a Mobile home park. I sent him the latest wind map. A group of them are going to party at the club house. Good thing there is a overpass nearby. They are going to get 145 mph wind gust. I suspect they will be under it.
