Driving after Irma

How are the driving conditions? Mom and daughter are in Rio Ponderosa with no power. I would like to tell them to head to my house in Fernandina. Are the traffic lights working. Thanks Im in NJ so I cant help

Was just out driving. Streets are littered with vegetation. Some traffic lights are out. But with care one can drive through the Villages.
