Got up this morning, tried to open garage door and bits and pieces fell off it and the noise was deafening.
We had used someone in the past and called them, they answered their cell phone immediately and said they would be here in 1 1/2 hrs. They arrived, fixed the door, they were pleasant and easy to work with, they were here about half an hour or less, their charge was less than $50.

While they were working here their phone rang constantly and they answered every call with courtesy and kept their cool. When they were leaving they just said well everyone is stressed right now! Nice guys.
