Golf car with rental?

For those who rent a home and include a golf car, how are you covered for insurance?
This week's paper announced that The Villages Insurance is now offering rental insurance, but I could not get through on the phone to ask questions.
Also, if you provide a golf car and it breaks down, don't you have to provide one to your tenant to replace the one being repaired?

The Villages Insurance offers a new policy now that covers your guests and tenants while using the cart. I'm sure they're still in inundated with claim activity right now. Offering a replacement cart depends on how long it's out of service and it's totally at your descresion on how to handle.
