selling house in Ga. going to buy in TV

Hi , Sonny & Karen here ,we have our house on Lake Sinclair in middle Ga. on the market as soon as it sells we will be buying one in TV. We have been there 3 times already looking at houses , we are leaning towards buying a preowned. 3/2/2 ranch. we love it there can't wait to get there .

Hi Sonny and Karen. Congratulations. It sounds like you are one step ahead of me. I am retiring in November. I have to get rid of 25 years of "stuff" in my house before I can put it on the market. Then my wife and I hope to move to TV.
