No sidewalk on Heald Way

I wondered why there is no sidewalk on Heald Way in front of the new Walmart store. I walk from Pine Ridge around Sarasota exec course every am. When I get to Heald Way I have to walk in the street which wouldn't be so bad but with a center turning lane drivers are occupied with that turning lane and are distracted. Golf carts turning right from multimodal path on to Heald are looking north toward 466a and are suprised when I am in the street coming at them.
