Water Reclamation Box Cover

Where can I get the gray plastic water reclamation box cover that is located on side of house. Need replacement from lawn mower hit.

Call the Villages utility department, they will come and replace the cover. The electronics may have been destroyed and that is a whole other ball of wax !!!
