Broward home warranty issues

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having any issues with broward home warranty ???? Thanks

It’s a mixed bag based upon reviews on yelp. Some of the five stars look like they are shills. The complaints are detailed and say the things you would expect, misdiagnosis, non-responsive in time of need and don't cover repairs. It looks like the genuine positive reviews are given because they cover simple, easy to diagnosis repairs like capacitor replacement.

We have used them with no problems. Over several years they have repaired our washing machine,fridge and our central air 3 times. As far as the air goes they were out within 1-2 hours and got it running till factory replacement parts were delivered. No complaints so far.

we have had contracts on two properties, any issues were repaired in a timely and professional manner. on a couple of occasions, the tech went beyond what he needed to do. very pleased.
