I paid Service Smart up front for a 1 year contract to perform certain lawn care services . I was understood that I would be refunded for the remainder of any service for which I prepaid that did not meet my standards. after a couple months I terminated my shrub trimming and was assured that I would be refunded $190 of the $1495 amount that I paid. I have been run around by this company since them with basically "THE CHECKS IN THE MAIL" type responses. It is obvious to me that this company is a ripoff that cannot be trusted. Dont make the mistake that I made. Stay away from Service Smart.
