I would have an interest in a general MB Club meeting monthly or so. The Central section of the MBCA seems to be dormant. Although I have a 2014 Bluetec ML I have an interest and used to work on the older ones. Will watch this thread for more info.

We joined a car a club here unless you're into the cult mentality of specific brands -IMHO- a total waste of time-- not brand specific==how much time can you spend talking about your car and would enjoy following members in line 10 mph under the speed limit - for a 30 mile trip to a roadside burger joint

Yes, got the same letter and will try to attend. Been a member in 5 sections across the country and also understand the caravan to eat. What is a good all makes car club that has a little hands on?

Was with Daimler for 30 years and was president of the MBCA in Orange County, CA for 10. I do not know what state you are from where you drive to burger joints. We did charity work, had major car shows with multi million dollar cars. Did huge promotions for Brest Cancer Awareness month and many more worthwhile things. Do not put down what you don't know about. Just to set the record straight. If you want a list of the Mercedes-Benz cars I have owned I will be happy to make a list. SL's are now common.

My wife's half sister's husband was the mayor of Laguna Hills(since you mentioned Orange County} and a very close associate of mine owns more that 200 auto dealerships, his son sold all of MB South America for $1 billion, but they still own the real estate-- got a big history with MB
