Our neighbors always reciprocate. No one :BigApplause:ikesmseeing the trash put out early. I know it seems weird but it's what we do here.

Go ahead and ask your neighbors. I'm sure they would love to have someone to ask in turn when they go on vacation. It works for us in our neighborhood.

When we first moved here friends told us to take the garbage to the rec center & put bag in garbage hopper there.

As others have suggested, ask a neighbor, just be sure to return the favor if asked.

If you think ahead, you can plan your departure on garbage day. Or if not, make every perishable throw away something that can go down the garbage disposal.
