View Full Version : Quick fix for NFL protests

QUIT PLAYING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AT FOOTBALL GAMES! That will solve the problem. They do not deserve it played for them. They are ungrateful, spoiled head bangers that do not understand patriotism.
I am not going to watch another game until they discipline these jerks. If the bosses are too scared of them, then get new bosses. I doubt the owners care about anything other than making the President squirm. They do not deserve our money either. You would think that libtards would love to sock it to the rich man.

:wave:You might want to blame the framers of The Constitution for giving these folks the "right!" to protest! It's called the 1st Amendment and according to the SCOTUS, it's legal!!

That is a pretty stupid comment. You had better think about it. I will not explain it to you, because if you are smart enough to post using a keyboard, surely you can figure out how to get some information on your stupid remark.
Guess what dummy, this site can boot you or me off anytime they wish, for saying what's on our minds. Same thing goes for ignorant head bashers in the NFL when they tick off their owners. And the reason you do not disrespect your country, your flag and your military is because there are very impressionable little children watching and wanting to look up to you as their athlete idols. That's good enough to take your protest off the playing field. Try protesting at the end zone and see what happens to you. A big fat fine.
So, please don't act like this is a Constitutional right. It is NOT.

...and you not watching the football game is going to hurt the NFL in what way? They do not care about you. You are not in the demographic group for any of their products advertised.
The males in the 18 to 45 age group are the targeted demographic for products advertised on NFL games - and these are the majority of those in favor of player protests and anti-Trump.

:agree: it me be a constitutional right but then we get to the pragmatics and these owners, players and sport casters should be asking "why would I want to tick off half my fan base? The NFL is losing viewership and an article in the paper ask why are they not filling up stadiums any longer?
I can answer for others but the disrespect by players plays to me like an Antifa move and that is enough to keep me away.

What job have you ever had that you did not lose some of your rights? I doubt you ever had a job where they said you can drink booze while you work.

Yes, those type of women usually did drink with the customer and get large tips. I've been to a few of those bars overseas, when I was young and single. They also made money in other ways too.

Lars, does your wife, Chris, feel the same as you do? Maybe I can call and ask her personally while reading your posts to her.
Remember, your full name, address, and phone number are in The Villages phone book. Want them posted?

Trump is demanding conformity and obedience instead of championing freedom of expression, our First Amendment right. That is the type of sentiment you expect to hear from a Third World dictator -- not the President of the United States of America. Trump doesn't get real American values, and I doubt he ever will.

Typical excuse for being Anti-American. Always with an excuse. The party of excuses, Democrats. Hillary just published a book of excuses. Same as a book of jokes, but in this case the jokes are all on her.

“People demand freedom of speech as a compensation for the freedom of thought which they seldom use.”
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
“The problem with today’s world is that everyone believes they have the right to express their opinion AND have others listen to it.
The correct statement of individual rights is that everyone has the right to an opinion, but crucially, that opinion can be roundly ignored and even made fun of, particularly if it is demonstrably nonsense!” - Brian Cox

So...why don't we do that when we're talking about gender and racial equality? Both are absurd. Blacks get nowhere without affirmative action and quotas. Women need their own division because they can't compete with men.

He is used to be a dictator in the business world and people doing what he asks. And he likes chaos with just him in control.
I so wish that Anthony Weiner had not been attractive for Hillary Clinton's go to woman. If not for those e-mails and James Comey's ill timed investigation announcement we would be dealing with the drama of Hillary Clintom dealing with these problems. And she would have handled all of these much better except maybe the market would have been quite a bit lower as Wall Street knows that Trump is one of their greatest friends and not so much would have Hillary Clinton been.

You shouldn't kneel for that...for it's an illusion. There is no God of Abraham.
Which country? The old one where whites were 90% of the population and life was pretty close to a Norman Rockwell painting...or the "new" America that is 51% minority...and most places pretty much suck?
BLM? You mean the monkey group? Not quite human...not quite an ape. The "missing link".

He's talking about YOU...
I know I'm being robbed...to prop up another species. You don't. You'd GLADLY have them empty our pockets to help them. Because you KNOW they NEED the help.
You also look down...on me.
Come on boyer...it's getting old...all these digs towards me and not ONE piece of evidence showing I'm wrong.
Black villages, black Oxford...all you have to do is find me one to actually PROVE they are our equal. Until you do...MY theory stands up to scientific scrutiny. Blacks being unequal and the proof being they NEVER excel past whites/Asians. We can always visit MLK Blvd some night and you can show me how wrong I am.
