the link to the ARC form. I thought I had bookmarked it, but now can't find it. Can someone supply me the link to the form so I can get my solartube approved. Thanks!

Try the Virginia Trace Site - it seems to have just about every TV link possible:

You need to get ARC's OK to install solar tubes?
I didn't think of that when I had mine installed. OOPS.:22yikes:

I didn't contact ARC before I got mine installed.

Gosh, maybe I am wrong, I just figured you had too since it made a change to the outside of your roof.

Ok, will check Virginia Trace, you are right they do have about everything on that site. I totally forgot about it.

Thanks, Army Guy

If the Link doesn't work go to the villages.net, then to Villages community development districts, then from the drop downs select District 7 and Architectural Review.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Solar Guys file the paperwork for you.

Army guy you don't need ARC approval for solar tubes. I didn't get one nor did the Solar Guys say we needed one and they are very reliable.
They came in I told them what I wanted and they did the job in 1 1/2 hours

As far as I know, no need to do ARC approval for solatubes. Ask the solar guys. They may also be pre-approved by TV Community Standards in that they know what can and can't be done. I ran into another contractor who claimed that status.

Army Guy, I didn't get approval either and Solar Guys did mine and I'm sure they would know.

Great. Yes I called and talked with them and they did say not needed. Thank-you all!
