I'm reposting this from the thread about WalMart because it appears to be a new service, or at least new to me.

Publix has teamed with InstaCart for one-hour grocery deliveries. They're currently offering a year's free delivery (looks like it's usually $5.99). $35 minimum order. There's a 10% "service charge" that their FAQ says you can remove, but I can't figure out how. I imagine you're expected to tip the delivery person.

Very easy to sign up. They have sale items and BOGO, but I wasn't able to find a couple of specific items from this week's circular. You can request substitutes if a particular product is out of stock.

If you send friends a $10 off coupon, you'll get $10 if they order.

After the free year, they will AUTOMATICALLY re-enroll you and charge the $149 annual membership fee. You can cancel your account any time before that, although I had to call them to do so.

I signed up today. I might use it two or three times in year one. Then I am out.
