I don't know too many MEN above the age of 20 who are "afraid" of women.

Have you ever thought what YOU see as "fear" is just a lack of interest? Maybe he's not horny...so he doesn't even notice you...he steps AWAY instead of trying to get close. Maybe he hates the sound of your cackling...and BECAUSE he isn't horny...he steps away...flees with bleeding ears. There are a lot of reasons...
