A very very nice man filled with honor and truth.
I had the pleasure of meeting this guy while working and he took such pride in the oval office.

DWIGHT EISENHOWER (1890-1969)
The qualities of a great man are "vision, integrity, courage, understanding, the power of articulation, and profundity of character."

Eisenhower's operation "Wet Back" caused the deportation of anywhere from 250,000 to 1.3 million illegals.
He is also that last president to pay down on the National Debt.
Yep, I agree that Eisenhower was one of the greatest Republican presidents in U.S. history.
I wonder if he would be treated with the disrespect that President Trump receives today?

That is a nice quote.

He never lied like Trump does today !!
He never publicly and personally accused others of felonies and false crimes for the world to see !!
He was a respecter of the law !
He had real morals and real character and recognized the need for truth in our White House......of that I am sure as I am proud to say he told me that personally.
He felt that a President lying to the public was the same as treason
He often sacrificed his own reputation for truth and for the country and he believed in the words of the Presidential oath.
And lastly, he believed that RESPECT WAS TO BE EARNED. And he felt integrity and truth were part of that

The greatest president in my lifetime.
One does have to stop and think for a moment of the national environment/mood/direction of the country at the two points in time in the history of the USA and the office of POTUS.
The morals, core values, loyalties and especially communications of the two periods are significant. So much so that I would say they are incomparable!!

Excellent rhetorical and literal question.
My answer would be yes -- he WOULD be treated with the same disrespect as President Trump because now we have Femo-Fascism, where the president is supposed to act like the surrogate Husband, surrogate Provider. Republicans can't do that because that involves attacks on liberty, i.e. Type 2 legislation.
