They can't have a Channel 13 in Orlando, that's too close to Tampa WTVT Channel 13, they would overlap coverage. Orlando main networks are Channels 2 (NBC), 6 (CBS) 9 (ABC) 35 (FOX). I believe Key West has a Channel 13, maybe that is what you're referring to?

Channel 13 News is a Brighthouse ( now Spectrum) 24 hours news channel for subscribers. Akin to Channel 9 out of Tampa
