Sold off the 8hp snowblower and 28' ladder

Well, I guess TV will become a reality. We listed our snow blower and 28 foot extension ladder on Craigslist and sold both the same day! We didn't think either would be of much use in The Villages. Was I wrong?

You may need a shovel in December in NY to replace the snowblower.
I had to shovel 3 times in December last year before we went south on Jan. 1.

Made our decision to leave here (CT) early Nov. easy this year.
As for the ladder...hire some in TV to do it!
