Just spent around 1/2 hour on the phone with Verizon executive office and technical support about the very poor cell service in the Spanish Springs town square area. I was told:
This is a variable coverage area (whatever that means)
They have existing complaints (I am guessing NOT enough for them to do anything!)
They will (I think( check the existing towers for problems.
They seem to realize that they need a new tower in the area.
So for my fellow Verizon users, please call *611 on your cell phone, give them your account pin number, and complain about the service in this area.
