Publix advertises home delivery via Instacart. Easy to shop, but I’m having a difficult time trying to get an address verified. Keeps giving me an address for Wildwood and even then, says can’t verify. Trying to set this up for my 94 year old mother-in-law who doesn’t always have the stamina to walk the aisles. Any of you using the service have this problem? How did you rectify?
Thanks.

My daughter is a shopper for Instacart; it's a service that operates through an app, I don't think that they really have a local address. You order online at publix.com/delivery, and a shopper gets assigned your order through their phone during their "shift". They get paid hourly, tips not included. My daughter was screened pretty well before they hired her. It's a great idea for those who need the help!

I have had trouble getting my Villages address to 'verify' on some of these shipping things. I think that the databases are old and don't include much of The Villages. Or, the zip code is hard coded to Wildwood and does not allow The Villages to be chosen or entered.

That’ s the problem I’m having....can’t verify address. My street has existed for at least 12 years..lol. Sent a note off to Instacart and haven’t heard back yet. Their site says a response is generally sent within 2 hours...

It is a great service for those who might need it and the Publix shopping service offers lots of choices. Problem is getting our and her addresses verified. Our street has been around for over a decade and actually does show up on Google and other map apps. Some newer parts of TV might not, yet. Glad to hear good screening for hiring. Thanks.

Try putting in the adjoining town and zip code rather than The Villages and 32162, or the town and 32162. I’ve found that works on other sites..

Thanks Redwitch. I’ve tried using Wildwood, Lady Lake, The Villages.....no luck....but my ipad is acting strangely and doing unusual things today. Have lost email for some unknown reason, stuff shows up I haven’t done...and haven’t heard from Instacart...now wondering if they even got my post to them.

I have had this problem on other sites. My street is ##### Terrace. Couldn't get the address to take until I entered Ter without the race.

I live on a Loop....will try later eliminating Loop or putting in Lp. My ipad has been working with dark forces all afternoon....doing stuff on it’s own. Thought I sent an email to Instacart....and now, I’m not sure that went. Tried on my Apple laptop, even that wouldn’t work...don’t know what the problem is today....hopefully the little, demons are gone now...;). Will try your suggestion when we get home. Thanks.

Well, just got home and put my address into my Instacart account using LP for loop and the address was discovered. Went to Mom-in-law’s account and put her address in...but used Loop instead of LP. (we live on the same street) and that worked, too.
Maybe all of you did something magical.....your suggestions were taken up by the Google gods and they fixed the situation. Thank you all for the help....tomorrow we give ordering a try!
