1515 to 1268 conversion

has anyone done a 1515 to 1268 curtis controller conversion on a late model club car iq excel? I could use some pointers b4 tackling this project

I've got the harness, Iam looking for some pointers b4 i undertake this conversion. I've been told i need to reroute the ground wires from the batt. gauge and lite. and I understand I need to run a new ground to the speed sensor on the motor. is there anything else that Ive missed??

Installing a herness replacement while keeping the old harness in place is correct procedure to follow.
If the replacement harness has instrcions follow them especially the notes if any..
Any ferther instructions and notes I suggest you to contact the MFG or supplier.
Have your make ,model and serial number ready.
