This was one cool letter I received in March 1993 from the Clinton White House which helped me a great deal in my massive 224 613 Project to empower survivors/victims of crimes through access to practical information available through or in libraries of all kinds. This is something I have been working on aggressively since January 1991 but which I have been interested in since learning that my then Earl Wooster High School remedial English teacher's daughter Michelle Mitchell was murdered on my birthday of 2-24 in 1976 near the University of Nevada, Reno campus. I went looking for materials in local libraries to help myself and my classmates copes with this 2-24 murder investigation. This letter I would copy, reduce in size, and recopy sending it in four sheets of such treated letters to lawyers, librarians, religious leaders, CEOs, physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, victim/witness assistance providers, scholars, celebrities with connections to Hollywood, and many many others throughout the 1990s. The are several communication from the Clinton White House as well as one from the 2nd Bush White House.
