ALL due to demographics...

There are a LOT of nice, quiet, peaceful, friendly, safe communities in America...they ALL have ONE thing in common...they're ALL FULL of white people. Not Asians...not Hispanics...especially not blacks...they're ALL FULL of white people...and ONLY white people.

Wake up people! White people MADE western civilization...only we can keep it going. Case in point..everywhere that "diversifies" sucks compared to before when it was full of just white people.
