That's funny...why not have to earn your right to vote each year?

It would just become corrupt...after all...what are the liberals going to do to EARN their right? Collect welfare?

My only concern is that the standards would be set too low...and the standards would be lowered in the future to accommodate the women and minorities. Can't have only white men of property voting...can we?
