Wheel bushings

Hi Frank,
I have a 2011 Yamaha cart. Do the front wheels have bushings? I hear a noise from the front wheel. Also some bump (more like a wobble), but not all the time. Thank you

The front wheels have bearings, bushings are also yoused on suspicion parts.
