Does anyone know how to reset Google to the US from a foreign country? My Google (firefox; Windows 10) keeps giving me French answers despite my specifically going to google.com as opposed to google.fr.
I have it set for English, and my IP address shows central Florida. I've Googled the problem, but the steps shown in the answers either don't work or can't be performed.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Depending on the version Google you are running, go into "Preferences", "General" and scroll down to "Language" and change to say "English."
If you are still having issues, delete your current version and d/l the latest version using "English."
Hope this will help. :D

Thanks. I've already done step one to no avail. It just translates the French into English but still gives me answers pertaining to if I were still in France.
Edited: I think I figured it out. There's more than one way to say "English." Thanks!

Check what your default search engine is set to in your browser(s). If it is anything but .com (i.e. .fr or .ca) reset it to .com.

Are you using a VPN service? I know there is a VPN add on for Firefox.
