rubi...what Bog is trying to say is they USE "supposed" climate change to rule over you, tell you what you CAN and CANNOT do/have and to rob you.

It has nothing to do with "literal climate change". Of which you were correct.

Remember too...if the daily weather changes too much...for too long...you now live in a different climate.
