The Ten Dollar per person tip is a great idea. It is not easy to run a successful shuttle service long term when some customers have alligator arms and can't reach their tip pocket once the trip is done.

The only way the driver could hit a Grand Slam money wise is to bring someone home from the airport. I give them credit for addressing the tip before the ride instead of a showdown at the airport.
