Moving Cable Wires to new location

We need to move our cable wires to another location in our living room - I believe they will need to go thru the attic - not sure how it is done.

We will be using Dish as our cable provider.

Can you tell me if Dish does this - and what an approx cost would be.

Or, does anyone know anyone that does this - and an approx cost?
