St Augustine lights tour.

We had a group of 10 going on Yankee Trails bus tour to see the lights. At the pick up spot, the representative seemed confused and not very informative. Arriving at the visitor center, the driver pointed out the restaurant and said to be there at 5:15. After walking around we met at the restaurant and stood around waiting for the driver who was on his phone constantly. Finally got seated and served. Some meals were so late that others finished and the table was cleared before being served. Driver passed out trolley tickets and said the bus leaves at 8. Had to fend for ourselves to find the trolley. Barley made the tour and bus departure.
Never again with this company.

We took their tour last year and it was excellent. Walked from the bus across the road to the restaurant. We were shown into a private room at the restaurant and sat with friends. Walked from the restaurant to the end of the street where we picked up the trolley for the lights tour. After the trolley tour we found our way to the shopping area and shopped until bus arrived to pick us up.

You should definitely call to let them know you were not happy with your tour and the reason why.
