Love these numbers 12:14 for this date. Reminds of all the work I have put into this writing Members of Congress, Governors, publishers, CEOs, victimologists around the world, victim/witness assistance providers, librarians, lawyers, movie studio execs, law professors, American and National Bar leaders, physicians, medical associations, teachers, psychologists, gymnasts, dancers, Olympians, psychiatrists, nurse organizations, social workers, etc. all to try to get them to DIALOG about the practical information needs of survivors/victims of crimes accessible through or in libraries of all kinds.
Still need the help of Talk of the Villagers to look at what in in the libraries of your home town for those with mental illness and who might be thinking of reporting a crime. Also what is available through the law enforcement web-sites in your home town?
We have so many different home towns of people who now live in the Villages.
I have been doing this since 1991. What really made me want to think in a very large approach is the letter I got from the Law Librarian of Congress, M. Kathleen Price which said that my idea of a niche in service was a good one and accurate but that it would take the collective effort of all law librarians working together to address this gap. This letter was in response to something I had written the Librarian of Congress in 1991. Not sure about that date of M. Kathleen Price's letter of 1992. Probably from around March that year but I would have to check on Photobucket for the document. Many people saw it on Facebook. At least 15000 would be my guess as I had well over 20000 views (not unique) more than a year ago for that Photobucket collection. I had worked under M. Kathleen Price when she was the Law Library Director at the University of Minnesota Law Library.
What's in your community's libraries?
I checked where I lived for a while. Reno, Nevada. This is in Washoe County and their Sheriff's Office has many useful links. Washoe County Sheriff's Office - Northern Nevada's Full Service Law Enforcement Agency (https://www.washoesheriff.com/staying-safe.php) Not all of them just relevant to Northern Nevada.

You keep asking, what is in our libraries, but you often link to law enforcement offices not libraries to show this info. What is it exactly that we are to look for in libraries? I had posted on another thread that when I checked my local library by inserting victims/survivors, all I came up with was a book having to do with liberal something or other - sorry, can't remember exact title.
If you aren't more specific, how do we find this info? It seems like a mystery or puzzle to be solved, or am I missing something? How can it be helpful for victims/survivors if it's not easily attainable? Looking for serious answers as I was previously. Could you be more forthcoming? It may make your project work more meaningful if you could show some examples relating to libraries vs law enforcement since you continue to encourage viewers to look there.

I will just jump over anyone I have had problems with in the past. I am limiting stress. And keeping to my IGNORE LIST unless I have to look at some post in the REGULAR Forum.
This is a great opportunity for those in the Villages who care about their home towns. Of course, what is good for some borough in NYC is not going to work probably for a section of San Francisco, CA; Topeka, KS; Fargo, ND; Juneau, Alaska, etc.
I did write 4000 victim/witness assistance providers in the 1990s to see what they wanted in their LOCAL libraries for survivors/victims of crimes. I received a good number of answers and these were sent to every state in the United States and many of our territories as well. And I also wrote victimologists around the world for advice on what to do next.

Ok, so it's pretty obvious you did read my post but chose to ignore it. These were honest questions to try to not only help you validate what you are talking about, but to give those of us viewing your thread a better understanding of the library aspect of this. That being said, I can only assume you have no real desire to help anyone. I'll leave you to continue talking to yourself if that's what you wish.

Taking another jump. Have a lot of celebrities on my Facebook page. And I do talk quite a lot about my 224 613 Project on there.
Getting more smiles at various places here in the Villages and I believe that this is because people are catching onto what is happening with this Project. I do think you have to actually live in the Villages to get this impact.
I am hearing that it is doing well in the Boston area too where I have many contacts. Most of my connections of course would be in Reno, Nevada; Minneapolis, MN; Rohnert Park, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Washington, DC; NYC; and elsewhere. With many in London and Paris as well.

People are smiling at you because of your imaginary project? Are you serious? Do you actually think about what you post before you post it?
You're HEARING that your project is doing well in other cities? Who are you hearing this from? Are there voices in your head?
If there was any doubt that you should be evaluated this post has removed it.

The letter from the Law Librarian of Congress M. Kathleen Price is dated August 5, 1992.

I did particularly well with letters received in the States of Washington and Oregon. They seemed to get it. The August 5, 1992 letter would have been sent to them as well-- copied, reduced in size, and recopied.
What is in your local community's library?
I believe my old roommate from the U of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management-- I had three along with a fourth MBA candidate-- is a public librarian in Washington State.
Whether or not he knows anything about the 224 613 Project is anyone's guess.

I have not even tried contacting my lover/roommate from just after graduating from law school at the U of MN. At least not in a while. I should send her an e-mail about how things are going. Same with my longer duration male law school roommate from my 2nd Year of Law School. Quite a nice guy for a lawyer. The shorter duration male roommate also a Law School grad in my same class was much more lawyer like.
My 3rd year roommate from the U of MN is a pharmacology professor at Yonsei University in South Korea who is in the same Marquis Who's Who in the World volume (1995 or 1996?) as I am. I hope Donald John Trump and Kim Jong Un do not get him blown up!! He had a MD and a Ph.D already when he was my roommate and was getting a second one from a US university. Quite a nice man. Helped me move out of the dorm and into my apartment into a house in Dinkytown. I have sent him various snail mail letters about my 224 613 Project but he probably thinks I am crazy. Which is a typical re-action when you only see a few pieces of the puzzle.
Did send him a few e-mails this past year of 2017 but never heard anything back. And a few snail mails as well.
Anthony Hopkins is in the same volume as that professor and I. I used to write a selection of people listed in these Marquis Who's Who books about the 224 613 Project. Anyone that looked like they might offer an opportunity to get something done for survivors/victims of crimes relating to access to practical information.
