Awhile back there was talk about this little BBQ stand on 466 next to the seafood market. Finally yesterday I caught it OPEN! Indeed good BBQ -- especially the ribs and homemade side dishes (cole slaw, baked beans were my choices).
Bucket List is run by a husband/wife team on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 am to ? They do ribs the right way, slow smoked and full of flavor, not parboiled then grilled. These are hard workers trying to get their business going and Matt is from Kansas City and knows BBQ. Give Matt and Caroline a try if you want real backyard flavored meats instead of mass produced steamed mush.
