We need help!

We are finally signing a contract on the sale of our home in Myrtle Beach and will be heading to The Villages to buy. We're hoping to be there the second week in November to look. I read somewhere in the TOV that you should get two realtors, one inside TV and one outside. Does anyone have suggestions on a realtor outside? We're not sure if we want a new home or reasale, but we would like to get moving as soon as possible. We're ready to have "a beautiful day in The Villages."

I would recommend Sally Love for your MLS realtor (she advertises here on TOTV & her website is very informative)https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=161
and for a Village Realtor, I highly recommend Susan Crenshaw. I have had the pleasure of working with both of these Realtors and they work tirelessly to find exactly what you want in a home, they don't come any better. Good luck in your search and keep us in the loop.

NOt only does he have years of experience with TV real estate, he is laid back and presents the information to you with no pressure on your part to proceed.
