I'm one of those (apparently few) who enjoyed it on the few occasions I went there.

Who misses the Evergreen buffet?It was not good. But for something extremely fast, it was ok.

People have to judge it by value. A good value.

Ichiban is worth the drive

Much prefer Ocean Buffet in Ocala but Ichiban is OK. Got sick the last time I went to Evergreen AND the last time I went to China Buffet.

Definitely miss it. I went there a few times and enjoyed it. Nice selection.

When it was a buffet, I liked enough things there to go on occasion. Now that I've "reformed" my eating habits, I'm glad it's gone!

Much prefer Ocean Buffet in Ocala but Ichiban is OK. Got sick the last time I went to Evergreen AND the last time I went to China Buffet.That ocean buffet is good, been many times, but who wants to spend hundreds of dollars every time two people go out for a meal?
