Harvard Study: Two-Party Duopoly to Blame for Government Dysfunction (https://ivn.us/2017/09/20/harvard-study-two-party-duopoly-blame-government-dysfunction/)
A very interesting study but expected as much decades ago from the answers I received when writing all the Senators and half of the Representatives in the 1991 Congress when dealing with the blacklist placed on me by a very powerful group of law librarians. There were a few politicians who wanted to do something but I did much better with the State Governors whom I also had written at the same time. And many of the State Speakers of the Houses and State Senate Presidents.
Had hopes that Donald John Trump would not just be another one of these politicians out for his own interests but so far that looks like it is the case.
