Three words: Read my post!

Not favorable at all, but will hopefully save someone the trouble, time and most of all money wasted on this place.

My fight has only just began.

Wildwood Tire has more positive posts and far less negative. Take the hint.

Why two words? Do you work for Tire Choice?

I have had a negative experience and it amazes me that with all of the negative experiences I have heard about on this board and from others that these people are still in business.

My recommendation to potential customers is to stay away.

I have one favorable experience and it involved golf carts. From 2011 to 2013 I took my cart to Colony Tire Choice for regular maintenance. We could eat at Fiesta Grande and by the time we were done the cart was ready for $49.99. Then in 2014 I switched to Willie Wilcoxin who comes to your home and does the same service for $70. Willie is great and saves me a trip.

The one other time I needed Tire Choice was I had a right rear tire that needed replacing on the golf cart. The other 3 were still in good shape. I had let the air get low on that tire and the thread on the edge had completely worn off. I called The Village Golf Carts at Lake Sumter and Brownwood and they both told me it was a two week wait for an appointment. The other option was to arrive at 7am and get in line and drop the cart off for the day and they would get to it. I didn't appreciate either plan, and I asked the price and they said about $75. I called Tire Choice and they said out the door price mounted with tax $77 and to bring it in and they would do it right away. They did as they said, plus I have SS wheels which have fancy lug nuts, and they actually gave me two lug nuts for free. That was about a year ago.

They shouldn't even have any "potential customers" with all of the complaints on message boards, seniors vs crime, and the BBB.
Pretty clear the OP has an agenda, but you will probably only find 1 positive for every 10 negative experiences.

Well in addition to the various agencies and departments I’ve filed complaints with about these crooks, contacting Todd Ulrich @Action9 will likely be my next move. A T.V. spot about them would surely reach many more unsuspecting potential victims.

I do have an agenda. I have heard nothing but bad about this business and I thought that asking for good experiences would give us a chance to see if there ever was a good experience. So far I have seen free coffee and perhaps one or two semi favorable comments.

Asked for negative comments to be short since there are so many threads about the bad service that we don't need to see the same stuff again.

I do have a positive experience, but it was at the Wedgewood store. Had the Check Engine light come on. I didn’t have a code reader at the time, so I took the car there to find out what was wrong. They could have told me almost anything, but just said the gas cap wasn’t tight enough. They reset the light and there was no charge.

I had a good experience with Tire Choice. I had a golf ball sized hole in the sidewall of my right front tire on my 2018 Honda Odyssey.

Bobby spent quite a while finding an exact replacement; I only had 6,000 miles on the vehicle. The nearest was in another state.

Even Jenkins Honda in Leesburg didn't have one. Ocala Honda did have one, so a friend drove me there and picked up the tire.
Tire Choice in Colony installed the tire even though they didn't sell it.

I understand they are under new management and trying their best to regain the trust of residents of The Villages

Okay...coming home to to the Village of Sanibel from a golf outing down at Fenney, we suddenly had a low tire pressure monitor alert. As we got within a short distance from our gate from Morse Blvd we watched as the pressure continued to drop. 30, 28, 24, 22....we quickly determined we better head to the nearest tire facility; Tire Choice @ Colony. When we pulled in at 5:45pm, we were at 15lbs pressure. Bobby immediately greeted us and within 10 minutes a tech had our vehicle on the hoist. He quickly found a utility knife blade wedged in between the thread. 30 mins later, we were repaired and happily on our way.
I was throughly pleased and, should I find myself in need again, I will gladly visit them. Job well done guys!

We have had positive experience here. Quick service, friendly and truthful. I had been going to Goodyear on 441 near Sams and the current manager I felt was screwing with me on stuff I needed. He insisted I needed new tie rods. Tire Choice said, nope. The tie rods were loose and didn't get that way themselves. He didn't say Goodyear sabotaged my car but nuff said between the lines. Tightened the rods, no charge. Flat tire on golf cart no charge. When I needed tires I went there.

From 2012 to 2014 I had TC service my Yamaha gas golf cart. For $49.99 they'll change the oil and filter, rotate the tires, lube and whatever else they need. I started with them because The Villages wanted me to come in at 7:30 in the morning and leave the cart, that didn't work for me. When I called Tire Choice, they said no appointment necessary, just bring it in. They usually have it done in an hour or it's a good time to go to Fiesta Grande for lunch.

Since 2015 I've been using Willie's Golf Cart Service, after reading so many good reviews I called him and he came right out. His number is 352-255-1369, normal service at your home is $70. I did need one new tire about a year ago and called TV at Brownwood, they gave me the same response, come in at 7:30 or make an appt in about 2 weeks away. I took it to Tire Choice and for the same price, about $75 out the door, I got a brand tire installed.

Had new tires installed on my cart in April at Tire Choice. Villages Golf Shop said two to three weeks. I called Tire Choice on Saturday afternoon (Villages store doesn't do service on Saturday). They quoted a price of $305 for tires, tax and mounting. I took it in and they put the tires on and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Clean, neat waiting area with free wifi and courteous employees. Told me to bring it in for rotation twice a year for no charge. Totally satisfied! Glad I didn't read all the bad reviews.
