"Sad"?
Sad to whom? A stuck-up mirror-gazing elitist such as yourself? A Femo-Fascist cultivating his sense of superiority?

Very plausible. It all seemed like a publicity stunt to me for Trump's leap into media of some kind. This man does play the long game.

Hillary I'm sure has many skeletons in her closet and is hardly a saint. BUT, wait till the world hears about the exploits of money laundering that Donald Trump is involved in. Felix Sater has still not been mentioned much in the news. Trump's tax returns will soon be public and the world will then know what his true net worth is. It will all come into focus then. People will connect the dots and see how someone who declared six bankruptcies in such a short time is not worth nearly the money he has bragged about. Trump is nothing more then a carnival barker/used car salesman. The "believe me" and the "trust me" repeats for so long will finally hit home.

I'm not a big Trump fan but he won. That's why we have an electoral college, so large states like California and New York can't decide an election on their own.

I did not call you any names.
The historic presence of the electoral college was NOT what YOU claimed it to be.....there was NO California at the time of its inception, and the population of New York was similar to the rest of the newly formed states.

He was using callfukingforina as example. Now that caladukingdorina is sanctuary state, IMO they shouldn't be allowed to vote in national elections cause they are extension of Mexico ALL FOR CHEAP DAY LABOR (where they can get out of paying taxes), with no way to validate legal citzens when they pass out driver's license with voter registration cards. A state that outright does not enforce laws of union should be kicked out of the union IMO. Plus all caladufkingforinas should not have to have passport to cross state lines and Mexico should alow free travel for calafkingforinians.

Do you think he's kidding? Businesses DO get out of paying taxes when they hire illegals or legals who work under the table.
Liberals want to "help" destroy America. You ARE being invaded...you ARE being bred out. Hispanics are the majority below age 8 and every year there are more and more of them.
"Anyone but the "white man" in charge"?
Forgive them for they know not what they do...
ONLY "white" countries are successful...there's a reason for that...America is no longer a "white" country..and it shows...we've slipped from #1 in the world to present day...#25. ALL due to changing demographics and liberal policies.

"On October 28, 2015, Governor Jerry Brown signed a bill into law that automatically registers all holders of a driver's license as a registered voter for all California ballots, including federal elections. Opponents expressed concern this could offer suffrage rights to non-citizen residents, since a January 2015 legislation decreed the right of a driver's license to non-citizens."

This book may be a bestseller at the moment but give it time and it will drop like a bomb. You do know how inept this author is based on the other books he has written, right? Check out some of the editorial reviews, or just listen to him speak - the guy wouldn't know, or maybe just doesn't care, what the difference is between the truth or a lie. He just enjoys making lots of money off of what boyer calls ignorant people.

You are sort of correct on his reputation, however, knowledge people are commenting, and Trump's inane comments about the book in many cases are worse than the book itself.
I said on this forum that Trump would lie himself into a corner. Who in the world is going to believe a proven patholigal liar.
This is from Trump biographer....
"
Trump often fails to deal with the subject at hand, preferring to tell and retell anecdotes and stories that sound rehearsed. (He did this with me, many times.)
Trump is bored by briefings and uninterested in details. (He has long shown this trait.)
Trump demands extreme personal loyalty. (Also a Trump hallmark.)
Trump's leadership has created a battle royale environment with White House factions in constant conflict. (Consider the news of the past year.)
Trump believes "expertise" is "overrated." (He has said so to me.)
Sadly, Wolff's reporting on the disparaging things the President says about women and his effort to understand the appeal of white supremacy also seem true to the man."
Trump biographer: Much of what Michael Wolff says about Trump rings true (Opinion) - CNN (http://www.cnn.com/2018/01/05/opinions/much-of-wolffs-trump-book-rings-true-opinion-dantonio/index.html)
This is Donald Trump. I, and not just me has posted much worse about this man and his lying and being a patholigal liar will not help him as he tries to defend himself.
Let me tell you Abby....this book WILL "drop", but I have studied Trump for a long time....this is not the first book about him like this, simply the first as President.
There will be more to take its place.
This is a terrible man, and you can defend him all you want, but he may be the most dispicable man in the public venue we have ever seen.
The rest of the story...the women, the cheating, the money laundering, and of course the deception will all come out.

I understand what you are saying. I am really not trying to defend Trump who I agree has his flaws to say the least. My point was merely if you want to get at the truth this is the most despicable way in my book (no pun intended). I just hate wasting my time reading a book and basing my assumption about someone, only to find out later most of it was lies. Talk about messing with your head. I don't do as much reading as I would like these days so am even more selective about what I'll read and will often research the authors first. It's just a shame that people will read and fill their heads with other's observations and opinions just because it might suit their own agenda. That's probably the biggest reason why we have so much division today, most people don't want to think for themselves.

Not being a wise guy, Abby, but is it not much much more frustrating AND DANGEROUS to be lied to by the President of the United States ?
I cannot understand how you can even venture into any name calling when you accept WITH NO QUESTION, the felonious accusations, AS PRESIDENT... the personal lies, AS PRESIDENT..the policy lies, AS PRESIDENT.
It boggles my mind why the entire nation is not calling for him to be gone, why the GOP publicly will support, etc.
This is a dangerous slope we are on.
But, as I said...that is the beauty of the free press, which you oppose, and there will be more books.
Wish there was a way to measure how much of the loyalty that you and others give this terrible person is based more on sheer hate for others (blacks, democrats, Clinton's, OBama) than adoring this person.
If I am correct that much of it is based on hate, comes a day that you should step up for your country. Trump never has, in his life.

Pretty much the same as in this book, but not with the obvious dangerous consequences.
You act as if this is new and just came to light...THIS IS HIS LIFE..IN TOTAL, but now in the White House.

I'm sure we've gone around in circles about this before, and we've probably never even ended up agreeing to disagree, but we have at least always been civil to each other which is a step up from most on here, right?
All I can say is, if I can see even an ounce of goodness in a person that can go a long way for me. I find I can do that with almost anyone. There are few people, if any, that I can actually say I loathe. As much bad stuff that I've heard about Trump, I've also heard good, and the difference between the 2 is the good I've heard often comes directly from the horse's mouth. What I mean by that is people who have spoken up to tell how Trump the man, not the President, has helped them and often times it is in their darkest moments. Why don't we hear more about these incidences? Well, you certainly won't hear it from the MSM and it appears that it is one thing that Trump doesn't brag about. I find that intriguing and maybe even telling about a certain aspect of his character that I like.
I don't know how else to explain to you why I can not get on the bandwagon to hate Trump, so I guess this will have to do. As far as the things he has done and is trying to do for the country, I'm just not all that unhappy about them.
One other thing I can say is that having been extremely unhappy with politics in general and the goings on in Washington for quite some time now (both Repub and Dem), I am pleased to see someone unafraid to upset the apple cart so to speak. It may not be exactly the way I would have liked it to go down, but it is being done. Honestly, I do think it had to be someone this brash and bold to do it. It has certainly aligned a lot of Democrats and Republicans in my family, but maybe it's because none of us are that extreme in our ways and beliefs, well maybe except 1 or 2.

Not in any order, and without much discussion because yes, you are civil....
First, please google this "Hitler goodness" and you will find multiple pages of folks attesting to his goodness in person.
Second, I ask you for one example of the MSM ever lying about anything, and if a mistake it corrected and steps taken. The consequences for journalists who lie in REPORTING NEWS is severe. The MSM does NOT lie in the news. They report what our President says and does with 100% of accuracy. Having a fragile while massive ego and thus unable to handle ANYONE who disagrees is a quality not wanted ina leader if a nation.
By the way, your statement about "not hearing anything good" is 100% false, and even historically this is how it is. Why should Trump get any more favorable news about his personal life, which should be taboo. I, again, ask to you to do just a bit of reading from folks who know him, and owe him nothing.
Last thing...I hope I am wrong but I said it on here a year ago. His self serving words and behavior, along with phoney and felonious accusations could foretell the downfall of the GOP. With all his accusations and attacks on our country's hard working justice dept employees, and his attempt to tarnish them oersonally and professionally, he has done such serious damage to our country. Keep in mind...all those folks he has said are in the "other universe" working for the Obama's and Clinton's to harm him......TALLY UP EVERY SINGLE PENNY THEY MAY HAVE DONATED TO DEMOCRATS...ADD THAT ALL TOGETHER...
IT DOES NOT GET CLOSE TO WHAT TRUMP HIMSELF HAS FIVEN JUST TO TGE CLINTONS AND THE DEMOCRATS.
Then Google "Trump ethics" and read about how he is personally making money..personally.

About the MSM - one can call them lies, one can call them omissions, one can call it biased reporting, but the news today looks nothing like the news I grew up with and I'm probably a good bit younger than some of you. There are indeed a few news programs that stick strictly to reporting, but very few. There have been outright lies told (one recently escapes me and it shouldn't because it was serious and the guy should have been fired) and yes, they may be retracted but not outwardly and openly. The news story in error often appears as front page news and the retraction appears some days later in an obscure place in the newspaper - same thing with televised news.
There is no doubt that Trump has been given a raw deal by the press since the get go. The amount of unfavorable press vs favorable has been astounding and that is no secret. There have been few if any Presidents who have been treated and talked about as disrespectfully by the press. So amidst the worst of circumstances, he continues to plow through. That's how I see it.
Because you do not want to see any good in this man at all, it seems you seek out all the dirt. In some respects when you think about it, it's kind of like the newscasters whose distaste and bias are so evident in their reporting. It seems they do the same thing, rarely if ever reporting anything good Trump has done. Since you have recommended I research a few things, I suggest that you take the time to simply google Tara Conner and Lynne Patton, 2 people who obviously think Trump has a heart.
I'm just going to say once again, my tendency is to look for the good, even in people I don't particularly like. Maybe it's something I've learned to do in my occupation having to deal with the general public day in and day out. It makes life a lot more tolerable and in the end I'm often surprised by what I find out about people in the process, including myself. :)

How can the MSM be held responsible for reporting what he says or does, mostly ON TAPE, and then be accused of negative reporting ? If the NEWS about him is negative, has he no responsibility for that ?
I see no good in this man, because for example in this forum, defending Trump is not about positive things about him, BUT INSTEAD a feverish attack on someone else that he has deemed to be up for attack. Mostly, Clinton, OBama, and recently the United States FBI and all intelligence agencies of the country.
How is that offering a defense of anyone ? Nobody says he doesn't lie...they just blame the media. They ignore his constant false accusTions, or attacks on his own country.
You say he is getting a "raw deal" from the media. But cannot support what they say that is not true. Are they not to report his firing of 3 people who were all investigating him ? Are they not to report his worldwide accusation of being wire tapped by OBama ? Are they to ignore him, as President, claiming the Russian investigation is, in his words, a hoax ? Should they be silent as he attacks his own intelligence agency, while at the same time quoting flip comments from Fox and Friends as fact ? Should his malicious and untrue comments about illegal voting go un reported ? I can go on, but you will simply say he is getting a raw deal.
We have come a long way from OBama being ostracized for bowing (in custom) to another world leader to this ?
Abby, I said on this forum after the election....if this man acts morally and honest, I will support him. He has failed MISERABLY on both counts.

One more thing Abby, and to me perhaps the most important.
It is one thing to have a President be unconventional.
Do the American citizens deserve to know if they are being lied to by the President ?
You suggest all those lies, in the thousands, not be reported.
How do YOU know when he is telling you the truth ?

Perhaps you should talk to the hundreds of employees who were encouraged to invest their 401k in his business, and lost everything. Trump made out big with 6 bankruptcy , 41 million in 10 years. He had no remorse and made no attempt to help these low paid workers.
Then there was the course at Trump University on How to make a lot of money on disabled home owners.
Could you post a link to what he has done, after campaign promise, in your state of Pa. Did he bring back steel or coal jobs?
I must say I enjoy your civil posts, thank you.

I keep hearing his rabid supporters say that even though they know he constantly lies, has an easily bruised ego ("I'm really a very stable genius?") and has consistently shown his misogyny/bigotry/xenophobia...they still like him because "he's not a politician and shakes things up."
My questions to them are;
1. Do you really think anarchy/chaos in our political system is a good thing?
2. Do you really believe it's no big deal, if a foreign power and our POTUS' own mental state...are the reasons for the sowing of these seeds of anarchy and chaos?
I have asked a number of avid Trump fans personally, "what would Trump have to do, for him to lose your support?"
ALMOST TO A PERSON they have said..."NOTHING, I will always support him."
Let that sink in for a moment.
I can't even fathom any patriotic person who loves their country...being able to EVER say that about ANYONE. :ohdear:
For you Abby10 - What would Trump have to do, or shown to have done, for him to lose your support and for you to advocate that he be removed from office?

Good post and right on.
I have a very good friend in Pennsylvania who held office and hears a lot.
His take on what you are saying.....
-------------------------------------
Trump has given voice to a bunch of folks who hate blacks, liberals, and anything that might threaten the white establishment. As much as they say they want to shake up the establishment, they mean make it white and insure its supremacy.
The 8 years of OBama was a threat, not because of policy, but the color of his skin.
--------------------------------------
No quotes, just a summary of what he told me just last week when discussing some of the dangerous lies Trump is telling.
-----------------------
Anyway, the thoughts of those who will, support someone who flat out can't tell the truth, and are living and breathing examples of those who do not care if he shoots someone on 5th Ave.
The attack on the media just seems to be shooting at the guys in the way.

While I'm not saying that every single one of Trump's supporters fit the 'pent-up hatred of anything not white or Christian,'....I firmly believe that a vast majority of his diehard supporters DO fit that category.
And the political forum is but a microcosm...of that obvious truth. :ho:

1. I hate nobody...ever in my life. Only thing I hate is the term HATE.
2. I do not lie. You twist it to make it appear but that is what you do in your role here, which is yet to be defined.
3. I have said, but you only read what feeds your fervent hate, that Trump can be unpredictable as much as he wants, but tell the truth. You seem to equate a poster on here to the President of the United States when it comes to truth, which is more than short sighted; just plain stupid.
4. Let me address a few things just to hope you go away....as I said before, I voted for Evan McMullin for President because I felt the main two candidates were totally unsatisfactory. I was almost a life long Republican, and was employed by the party and certain candidates for years. I have since left the party because it does not represent what I stand for any longer. I did not claim that I knew a site referencing TOTV, but alluded to friends of mine from Pennsylvania telling me they read.
Now, that should be a wrap for you. Of course that cant be true because you are capable of only one thing, and adult discussion is not one of them, as you will prove over and over as time goes on.
Try to address what is being discussed instead of venting such hate and anger. Some of us worry about the country and not one man or woman. You appear to only love Trump, although you never defend him specifically and only attack those who point things out you do not like.

I would love to, Rocky, but some of your "friends" on here are just as bad and actually are often the ones that derail any conversation with their nasty, totally one-sided attitudes. They care NOTHING about having a 2 way conversation any more than you think that some on the other side does. They come here to spew their hatred and that's about it. In other words, don't just blame it on those who like Trump because that would be a lie.
I will address a couple things before exiting. One is regarding Maureen's question. I can not respond to it directly because I do not know the status of the coal/steel industry. What I do know from personal experience is a little about the status of manufacturing in some parts of PA. It appears to definitely be on the rise since many of my family members and friends from NW PA who have struggled the past 10 years to get jobs are now finding opportunities dramatically increased. Stats for this for 2017 do not seem to be complete to show a true picture yet. Maybe coal/steel will follow, I don't know, but you do have to take into consideration that Trump has only been in office for a year and has been fighting a lot of battles along the way, be it self-inflicted or otherwise. Anyone else probably would have bailed from the stress by now, but that's just my opinion.
Secondly, regarding what your friend said, I say BS. In fact, I find what he said truly disgusting. Having lived in many different parts of PA throughout my lifetime, I have a lot of friends and family all over the state. Those who voted for Trump were Repubs, Dems, and Independents. NONE of them are anything like what your friend describes. If you think as your friend does, and if by posting it you are acknowledging that, then in my opinion, that makes you no better than the people you call out on here.
And that's why I'm exiting - there is no conversation here. The attacking goes both ways. Most of the people you agree with seem to enjoy either setting people up (pretty passive-aggressive, don't you think?) or name-calling as well (they just have a more discreet way of doing it, again passive-aggressive behavior). If you don't see that, you have to be blind.

The New Motor Voter Act was passed in an effort to improve voter turnout, and while this law does automatically register citizens to vote when obtaining or renewing a driver’s license, this only applies to citizens who are already eligible to vote."
With the license comes registration AUTOMATICALLY...unless you opt out...registration to vote in ALL elections.
But they have de facto given them that right. They're not supposed to vote...but they do. The "motor voter" DID enable illegals to vote without passing a law explicitly allowing them. It's a voting loophole.
Yes...turnout of MINORITY voters.
There it is again...they're NOT supposed to vote...but by obtaining a drivers license...they CAN vote...in ALL elections.
THIS is HOW Hillary got 3 million more votes than Trump...illegals voting.
Don't forget the 50 million anchor babies who vote LEGALLY but ARE here ILLEGALLY.
They call it a lie because NO LAW SPECIFICALLY gave them the right to vote. IT DID however...give them the tools to vote if they so desired.
America is done...finished...becoming 3rd world.
Get out there people and SEE what America is becoming. It's getting ugly outside the bubble.

Then I suppose I will simply say I am blind since that is the way you see it.
The threat to our country is real...the threat to our government is real.
Only two things, in reality, keep us from being taken over by someone internally.....a free press and a Justice Department who operates separate.
Now what are the two things that Trump attacks almost daily...the media and the Justice Department. I never said he was dumb...quite the opposite
And hopefully you will answer the question posed to you directly in post 41 which is the question that concerns me the most. It is clear that so many have traded....and I mean traded loyalty to the United States so easily and to such a man who is polar opposite of what made this country great.

As far as Trump goes, I know plenty about the man, although I do appreciate your links for further research. Unfortunately, you seem to want to focus only on his negatives, which I will admit there are quite a few. I, on the other hand, would prefer to wait and see what he will do, just like I did with every other President, whether I liked the man or not. Somehow you and your buddies seem to think that spending every waking hour trying to bring the President down is patriotic. Not only do I disagree, but so far I don't see where he has been convicted of anything to justify that. If in fact, it turns out that he is convicted of things unworthy of the office, then that is another matter, but until then a little discipline from the opposition can go a long way to holding this country together.

You know as well as I that it is difficult if not impossible to indict a President. He has to be impeached.
I bet a long list of criminals wish they would get the leeway you give this man, and I assure you this changes the democracy for the worst forever.
No longer can anyone say a candidate is morally corrupt and not qualified to be President. You have taken morals out of the equation.
All rules are out.
He will not be indicted until he is impeached. And you are ok with that...while you are waiting as yo say, he has already tarnished an on the road to destroying the presidency. T has been one year...if you are waiting for truth, you will never see it from this man

Trump may be bombastic and brash and therefore more obvious, but it's highly unlikely that he is the first morally corrupt President we have ever had. And he certainly wouldn't be the first to attempt to bring down the country and change the democracy for the worse. Look at the last 8 years - and we all survived that!
Honestly the constant whining does nothing but make those who participate look like sore losers. Let's move on unless you have solid evidence and a way to change things. Complaining is going to do nothing and trying to change people's minds is not going to happen.

To even suggest that OBama, with whom I disagreed with on pretty much all policy, is even close to being as immoral and dishonest as Trump is simply ludicrious. I think my friend from PA was correct in his chaterization, which means Trump has started his own party of white nationalist.

" I will have to wait to see"
Is simply bizarre.
Abby, it is impossible for me to talk in any way to someone who thinks that way.
Understand this...I was hugely Anti OBama and said so publicly on this forum before he was elected the first time, but it was because if his policy and that's it. My inclination that you and the NOTHING crowd hate him for other reasons.
Frankly, I think your attitude and that if those who plague this board, NEVER ABLE TO DEFEND TRUMP..NEVER ABLE TO MAKE ANY LEGIT POINTS ON HIS BEHALF....but to only attack other people as designated by Trump.
His demeaning of war hero's...his phoney patriotism turns my stomach.
I never much speak of the investigation on going, and never ever accused Trump of anything in that regard, but the more I learn, the more I think the worst. For you to say that you will wait until he is convicted is amazing. You are happy to have him take our country into some very dangerous spots.
Damn, you like to hear yourself talk..
And not wanting to talk to Abby because of her views? You're what's wrong with this country.. It's your loss Not Abby's.

Tough...my country comes first.
To anyone who supports what is going on in this country, and puts Trump first.
To anyone who tolerates a President who lies, who makes serious felonious accusations, who attacks publicly with no credence the bodies of government and is so mean spirited ...well, tough if you don't like it.
You support it....you then are anti American and I do not want anything to do with you.
He is a draft dodger, who has promoted himself, racism, money laundering, philandering and lying his entire life. He is a phoney, and has never gotten close to doing one thing for this country.
If your view is to turn your back on this proven and credible threat to our country, and want to "wait". No I don't care any more because you and I are on different teams. I served my country in many ways for years, and I don't handle anti American behavior very well.
So....tough

I would think an ex Marine Corp vet would welcome some of that., instead of hurling an insult.
Supporting, as you do, someone who talks a game but is quick to demean REAL HEROES is puzzling. The Marines I knew, and I knew a lot, would never tolerate a lying superior, who made false accusTions.

Do not know where you were in 1968 when Trump was dodging the draft, but he found time to say this...
"Trump never knew the horrors of war, but in 1997, he laughed when telling radio host Howard Stern that avoiding sexually transmitted diseases was like his "personal Vietnam." "It is a dangerous world out there. It’s scary, like Vietnam. Sort of like the Vietnam era,” Trump said to Stern, discussing his sex life. "I feel like a great and very brave soldier.”
Many dodged the draft for sure, but this article makes a point that I try to make but fail.....and they make this opinion based on those others
"He is certainly not the first American leader to receive draft deferments....This column will afford these men no absolution for their decisions, but what makes Trump's behavior obscene is that despite having never served, he has fashioned himself as the arbiter of military courage.
It was Trump who, as a presidential candidate in July 2015, dissed Senator John McCain, a former prisoner of war for roughly five and a half years during Vietnam, by stating, "I like people who weren't captured." He publicly disrespected Khizr Muazzam Khan and Ghazala Khan, the gold-star Pakistani-American parents of Army captain Humayun Khan, who was killed in combat in 2004 and posthumously awarded a Purple Heart for his bravery. Not only did Trump attack an immigrant family who made a sacrifice for their adopted nation, but he even compared their loss to the "sacrifices" he made while becoming a real estate tycoon. To insult the family of Khan, who died at war at 27 — just two years older than Trump was when he received his 4-F classification, permanently disqualifying him from military service — by comparing it to his own business ventures is a claim only made equatable in the mind of a man with little recognition of his own internalized cowardice."

I am not in anyway liberal. Left the GOP after over 50 years, and I worked for them and with them. So, I offer this for consideration because and this could be debated as evidence he is damaging us by policy...
55 Ways Donald Trump Structurally Changed America in 2017 (http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2017/12/55-ways-donald-trump-structurally-changed-america-in-2017.html)
Having said that.....he and his followers have now allowed character and morals to never be considered in a presidential election. I said early in, I would support him IF, but he has failed miserably. He has completely savaged this country and depending in the results of the investigation maybe for a long long long time
Sorry to bother you and "whine" about my love of country, but learned a long time ago as part of my job in Pentagon to read a lot, and he IS damaging our country and presidency.

I happen to think he and he alone failed in the attempted repeal of OBama Care. He failed.
I happen to think the tax breaks are really going to haunt us in years to come. I do not want thevdeficit to choke my grandchildren. Stock market goes up..so what..less than 1/2 of Americans are even in the market. And they go up forbthise able to invest.
His job creation record, despite his telling you otherwise trails OBama. Companies still are and will continue to leave for Mexico.
The rush to get some kind of legislation superseded the need for tax REFORM.
And I suggest you revisit the recent announcement on off shore drilling also.
Lots more...I certainly don't oppose it all, but if you are believing HIM, you are not being told the truth...you know, he made the airlines safe, and clean up pollution...just two from the past week.

I'm not a big Trump fan but he won. That's why we have an electoral college, so large states like California and New York can't decide an election on their own.
Instead we have states with with hardly any population deciding who is president. That is just wrong. Each American voter should have an equal say in deciding who is President, and this doesn't happen under the Electoral College. Electoral votes are awarded to each state based on its representation in Congress - both representatives and senators. But each state gets two senators, regardless of its size, so the smallest states get a disproportionate number of electoral votes. And the way states award the electoral votes is questionable. Some states make it a winner take all situation, which disenfranchises those state's voters.

First of all, I hardly doubt Rockface has nailed any "her" in the last decade. He is damn near a woman these days.
Second of all, do you mean hypocrite like the person that called others racist and then inferred people who do not speak good English were undocumented?
Or, do you mean the hypocrite like the person that calls Trump a liar and then lied about making a charitable donation (gee that person would probably lie about being a veteran if given the chance)?
Or, maybe you mean the hypocrite like the person that claimed to have the best healthcare and then said his spouse needed surgery to correct a life threatening condition, but had to pay it out of pocket?
Not sure which example fits the definition...well actually they all do.
