Rent a car one way. Friends of ours do that three times a year when they cruise out of Ft Lauderdale or Miami. They stay overnight in a hotel and then the hotel provides transportation to the cruise terminal. Sorry not sure what car rental company they use but I believe it costs them $49.

Look up escotbuslines dot com. We've successfully used them a couple of times.

Cruise Connection bus or rent a car. If you use Hertz in TV and drive to the Hertz in Ft Lauderdale they will take you on a shuttle to the port about 1 mile away.

You can do one way travel on any of the Cruise buses. Cruise Connection or Yankee Trails, or rent a car. Plenty of choices

I just booked transport with Yankee Trails for next month. $90pp round trip. I'm happy to leave the driving to someone else! They pick up on 441 at Beall's and in Leesburg at Rural King.

Wow. That's a good price. The rates I was looking at were considerably more.

Thanks, I checked with Yankee Trails, but they don't have a bus going on April 20th.

We did a transatlantic that ended in Ft. Lauderdale. We rented a Hertz and dropped it here in The Villages. The only thing we did not like about this arrangement was the pick up, I think everyone had the same idea. There were at least 50 people from the 4 or 5 ships that docked that day picking up a car. It took us about an hour to get a car and we had joined the Hertz club that put us in a fast line. I don't know about the drop off there but this Hertz location was the busiest I have ever seen.
